Thank you for your interest in Shelley Wood Studio. Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items. Each piece is unique, and small variations are part of the charm and individuality of handmade products.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shelley@shelleywoodstudio.co.uk. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All items are custom-made and handcrafted, and therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns for any handmade ceramic pieces, personalized orders, sale items, or gift cards. Please ensure you are satisfied with the item before making your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for change of mind. If an issue arises due to damage during shipping or an incorrect item being received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss your situation.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Due to the custom nature of our work, our products are exempt from the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
