Welcome to our Shipping Policy! Below, you'll find information on how we handle shipping and delivery for orders within the UK.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with reliable courier services to ensure that your handmade ceramics are delivered safely to you. Due to the nature of our products, delivery times may vary:

  • Standard Delivery: Typically 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Available upon request, with delivery within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: £4.95 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50.
  • Express Delivery: Prices vary based on location and order size; please contact us for details.

Packaging & Handling

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival. We use sustainable and protective packaging where possible to minimize environmental impact and ensure your ceramics arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with delivery—such as delays, damaged items, or if you haven't received your order within the expected time—please reach out to us at shelley@shelleywoodstudio.co.uk, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace the item if possible.

Local Collection

If you're local to the Greater Manchester area, we may be able to arrange for collection from our studio at 5 Market Street, Mossley. Please get in touch before placing your order if you wish to collect.

Pre-Order Items

Some items are handmade to order, and these may take a little longer. The estimated lead time will be provided on the product page, and we will notify you when your item has been dispatched.
